We love summer but the hot temperature make us misserable. How can we sleep and rest easier on the days and nights?

1. Take a cold shower just before going to bed.

2. Keep the bedroom shady during the day, closing the shutters and curtains.

3. Prefer bed sheets and pillows with a lower density that will make you feel less warm.

4. Avoid the many hugs with your partner, as this physical contact will raise your body temperature.
