How to make masks for dry feet and cracked heels

One problem that is particularly troubling us in the summer months is dry feet and cracked heels. With these masks that you can easily make at home you won’t be worried anymore!

For soft heels

Oils like olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil and rose are rich in vitamins and moisturizing elements and make the skin extremely smooth and soft. Lavender also has a wonderful healing effect on the blisters and care of all kinds of scars or scratches that are caused on the skin surface.

My ingriedients 

1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp. of almond oil, 1 tbsp. of coconut oil, 3 drops of lavender essential oil, 2 drops of rose essential oil.

Blent the ingredients. Then apply the mixture on dry skin by lightly massaging.

Banana for soft heels

Put the banana on a blender. Then apply it on the heels and leave it on for 10 minutes. Finally, rinse it with warm water. This treatment for cracked heels can be done once a day until the problem is fully resolved.

Apple and lemon have antioxidant properties and help the good flow of water from the cells. Oatmeal has a beneficial effect on irritated skin, while yogurt – a natural source of lactose, protein, trace elements and vitamins – increases moisture levels in the upper layers of the skin and has excellent soothing properties.

My ingredients

1 tsp of oatmeal, 1 tbsp. of whole yogurt, 1/2 apple, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice.

Mix the oatmeal with the yogurt to make the paste. Add the apple and lemon juice. Apply the mixture on clean and dry skin and relax for 15-20 minutes. Then massage in circular motions and rinse with warm water.
