1st STEP
Face cleaning

The first step of facial cleansing is very important. The simplest technique is by using steam, over a pot of water that boils for 2 to 3 minutes. When your skin has softened enough, you can carefully remove pimples from the nose, jaw and your forehead. Then make a mask that will include a pulp of a whole, peeled avocado and a spoon of olive oil. You will apply the mask on your face and you will wait 20 minutes until it works.

2nd Step
Peeling

Also a very important step after cleansing as it helps to remove all the dead cells. At this stage, it is better to use a homemade scrub made of lemon juice, sugar, olive oil and honey. A spoon of all the above and a cup of lemon, is the mixture with which you will gently rub your face making circular movements and insisting on the nose and jaw area. Leave the scrub on for five minutes and then rinse with plenty of cold water.

3rd STEP
Hydration

Through the cleansing that preceded with steam and exfoliation, your skin became dehydrated. Put on your face a moisturizer suitable for your skin type and will glow!
