The “good” carbohydrates you need to consume for a healthy body

There are some carbohydrates that are not enemies of our silhouette. Choose the right ones for a healthy daily diet and a beautiful body.

Legumes

Beans, chickpeas and lentils are essential ingredients of a proper diet. They contain folic acid, potassium, magnesium and fiber that balance blood glucose, lowers cholesterol and help the digestive system to function properly.

Bread and wholemeal pasta
