200 grams of butter, 200 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of sugar, 1 vanilla, 4 eggs, 1 cake form (ideally heart-shaped).

In low heat and in bain marie, melt the dark chocolate together with the butter. Then leave the mixture to cool down. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and the vanilla. Add the whipped eggs to the chocolate-butter mixture.
Beat the egg whites until you get a tight meringue. With very gentle moves, mix the meringue with the chocolate cream, and pour the mixture into your cake form. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 25 minutes. You can serve it with whipped cream or decorating it with blueberries or strawberries.
