Watermelon

Cucumber
Cucumbers are made up of about 95% water, but they also have a high concentration of potassium and polyphenols, which can help reduce inflammation.
Pineapple
Pineapple is high in both vitamin C and manganese, a metal important for improving bone and connective tissue health.
Grapefruit
With about 92% water content, grapefruit is one of the most moisturizing fruits. It is high in vitamins A, C and lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage. It also has a low glycemic index, which means it has a very small effect on raising blood sugar levels.
Mango
High in b-carotene and vitamin C, mangoes are a perfect, juicy, moisturizing summer fruit. It is also high in vitamin A, which helps improve the health of our skin.

Yoghurt
Fruits and vegetables are not the only foods that can hydrate you. Yogurt is actually quite high in water content of up to 85% and is a great source of electrolytes, proteins, calcium and probiotics that promote healthy gut bacteria.
